The Mortgage Bureau has been a mortgage broker for customers living near Ely for 30 years. First-time buyers, in particular, can take advantage of quotes from the whole of the market rather than being tied to just one source of finance. All clients benefit from the long-term relationship that includes regular reviews. This means they can remortgage with a better deal when it makes financial sense for them to do so.
Home movers have the advantage that The Mortgage Bureau is independent of all estate agents which ensures that their budget is never known to the selling agent. This ensures the best possible price on the new property can be negotiated. This also benefits buy to let landlords as they build their property portfolios.
The Mortgage Bureau also provides services specifically for those with the right to buy their council houses, anyone with a poor credit rating struggling to obtain a loan, businesses wishing to obtain property-backed commercial loans and the associated insurance products required for mortgage loan agreements. The Mortgage Bureau is a “one-stop mortgage shop”.
