Buying a house is a big decision for first-time buyers in Norwich, as is the case in most of the world.
Unless you get the correct mortgage advice, things can get confusing, stressful and time consuming for you. It can become even more stressful later if you have acted without the sorts of full information that an adviser would provide.
At The Mortgage Bureau, our mortgage advisers will help remove the confusion, save you time and provide the right first-time buyer mortgage advice.
Being an independent mortgage broker here in Norwich, we are not tied to any lender or estate agent. When we have a full understanding of your current situation this allows us to match you with the most suitable lender.
Because we want to help our customers make the right decision as first-time buyers in Norwich, here are some tips you should consider:
Norwich is a beautiful city in the County of Norfolk. To the northeast of the centre there is the medieval Norwich Cathedral, which is a Romanesque building with ornate cloisters. Norwich Castle, now a museum, is prominent on the highest hill overlooking the Cathedral.
There are two famous imposing gates as well named St. Ethelbert’s and Erpingham, leading to the Tombland area, which once was a Saxon marketplace.
The city centre has a historic feel and parts have been beautifully restored. Near the railway station and Norwich City Football Stadium is the riverside area. Now full of pubs and restaurants it used to be a major port for the wool trade. The river systems known at the Norfolk Broads lie between Norwich and the sea at Great Yarmouth.
Norwich and Norfolk are both great places to visit.
